Unlock Secret Courses: sidebs, sidebsja [the one in the title screen], sidebs2, sidebs2j [point to point touge course]
Infinite Boosts: f1gp2
Always Show Credits (after beating Magneto): xmcota
Use Healing Factor (Wolverine)/Magnetic Forcefield (Magneto [!]) Everytime: xmcota
Set Damage (Suspension, Tire, Engine?, etc): groundfx
Play As Penguin Bike: cybrcycc

A revision to the kaiserkn cheats, I decided to request those instead:

Go to last stage (Fight General Now!)
Infinite Power/Crush
Stage select
Color select
