[wwfwfest] Start with 50% Health

In WWF Wrestlefest, Hawk and Animal are the two characters that the cheats will now allow you to play as. Since they are considered "boss" characters, they actually have double the health as everyone else and this remains true when you control them with this code. Is there a way to make a code to start with 50% health so they can be used without this advantage?
