[adillor] Improved controls, request for Don't stop music playback in test menu

In Mame 0.204, they improved the controls for Armadillo Racing and Prop Cycle.
I would like to have a cheat that doesn't stop playing songs from the sound test like some cheats already made for other Namco System 22 games.
Also, im still waiting for my Ridge Racer 2 Don't stop music playback in test menu and i also requested for Tokyo Wars as well.
