FBA has Cheat Files included in their GitHub Pages. However, for FBNeo, which is MUCH better, it can use the FBA Cheats, but also use MAME cheat.dat File. But I am curious if the File can be Edited to add other Games, because the latest is 0.126, which is missing some Games FBNeo is able to use. @Pugsy, can you help?

My internal master databases are still mainly in pseudo cheat.dat format with many non-supported dat types as well as inline XML & JSON. As much as I'd like to support FinalBurn, it's not releasable in the current form and as it would also be desirable by license breaking MAME builds if it was - so sorry it's not going to happen.
