Power Instinct 2 - Super Kurara & Poochy CHEATS??

Hi, I´m really newbie using cheats for emulators... Whatever there is a video on YouTube that shows to Poochy and Super Kurara from Power Instinct 2 for MAME as separate characters

Krizalid99v2 is the channel's name and I don't know how he got this cheat. Somebody can help me I'd like to play as Super Kurara further 8 seconds. The Pugsy's MAME Cheat File Archive doesn't have this cheat, is it? So PLEASE I request it. I asked to the creator of this video, but there wasn't any answer.
