Emulator Cheats

I go to the Default System Options, I can't find it in Advance or Miscellaneous.

Was it moved somewhere else? DO I have to enable them some other way?

I'm wondering if I downloaded the wrong file (I got it here, but there's no number at the end. .it's just "cheat.7z").

At some point it moved to the Debug tab.

This might be the first new version of MAMEUI 64 I have downloaded in over a year. I knew I must have missed something in that time.
