Emulator Cheats

As title says, i am trying to set a hotkey to a cheat, but after downloading the cheats and putting the 7z file into the mame root, i can only see the cheats themselves and at the end "reset all" or "reload all" , no "set hotkeys".

What am i missing?

Look in the lua cheat engine that you will find under the plugins option in the TAB menu.
