Emulator Cheats

Last time i went to F-1 Grand Prix Star II service menu, there was a sound test menu thingy.
However... when i went to Big Run service menu to go to the sound test page, it only had the checks to see if the sound was ok.

I would like to have a cheat so you can play the musics and sounds for Big Run.

It's been almost 3 years.
Anyone?
At least someone could try to make something like in Killer Instinct because it haves a cheat to replace the first track to something else, so it can be done the same with Big Run replacing the sound check tune with anything else.
