Emulator Cheats

Hi everyone. I got myself a rpi3b with a sick neogeo and cps theme based. I found recently it has cheats for most games including sf2 versions. However while some are self explanatory others i dont understand what they do and for instance i need to test easy special moves to figure out the commands combination. Easy hadouken for example is forward + any punch. Is there a list of what each cheat does and whats the corresponding key combo if applicable? Thanks in advance and apologies if the question is dumb but i googled around and couldnt find an answer.
