"Special Moves List" on XML format for the fighting games

Hi All, I'm looking for the "Special Moves List" on XML format for the fighting games.
I noticed that the "MAME XML Cheats Collection" do include the normal cheats, but not the special moves.
So far, I've been using the old system with cheat.dat file. But now I find a way to workout with a newer version of Mame.
Can someone send me that file or where to find it?
