SVC Chaos cheats and disable the "PLUS" [Updated]

Finally! I got it! After 10 hours waiting, I found, downloaded and played SVC Chaos! Well, again, I did cheats for the game, including one to DISABLE that ANNOYING "PLUS" blinking at the title screen

The only problem is that it redirects to a site called PAYSFORSURVEYS...there's nothing cheat related there at all!

strange... it works well here.
I updated it adding some cheats. And, b4 anyone says, no, i didn't used Wiseman's cheats (the cheats he posted at MAME Cheats forum).

I don't mind that 'PLUS' sign - they deserved to put whatever they liked because they instantly hacked the secret characters for us. In FBA if you use cheats the ostensible character talks instead of the cheat character. My only regret is they removed 'INSERT COIN' for fear of legal troubles.
I wish someone would put the phrase BACK through coding or a cheat.
