notes:

The infinite play time cheat is exactly the same for each game, so I'm 99.9% sure it'll work with all the other MegaTech games (once they work).
Using the wrong Magic cheat in Golden Axe will lockup the game.
The mt_sonic invincibility cheat is a slightly modified version that ShimaPong found, plus I added a working Final Zone cheat based on his zone/act selection cheats.
