Sonic Wings Limited for Arcade is based on Playstaion / Sega Saturn version which is called Sonic Wings Special and secret characters exists in their titles. I have been searching secret characters but haven't been able to find... Please tell me that how to use secret characters for arcade version.

The Scene names don't seem to go with the values, using the "The Ural Mountains " cheat as below along with a Stage value I started on "Mato Grosso". I think there's some relationship between the Stage & Scene locations that should be taken into consideration...

It's probably Stage I's selection that's being chosen.
