I have a cable to plug my XBox controller into my PC and I found a device driver for the xbox contoller the other day, so I've been playing all these driving games with it... I noticed that Cisco Heat was missing some basic cheats. So here they are...
The Infinite Select time cheat is quite buggy, thats the games fault though. Make sure you turn it off before selecting which car you want...
