Generic Neo-Geo Rapid Fire Cheat?

If it is at all possible, could you see if there are common rapid fire cheats for the buttons in Neo-Geo games? I would think it's a possibility because of their common base.
If a generic cheat set can be isolated, they can then be applied to the individual games according to their usefulness, I would think.
