[samsho5] Yunfei's Tensatsu Daisai

As the wait for samsho5 MLCs is near (I only have the hidden characters left to cover), let me bring you another set of "supplementary" cheats. This time, it involves Liu Yunfei.
When you use the Tenkoku Houra (dp+C up close), not only do you drain your opponent's power gauge (and immediately end Ikari Bakuhatsu or Mu no Kyouchi), the AB version of the Ten'i Daihou (qcf+AB) is replaced with the Tensatsu Daisai (a much more powerful version of the same move) for one use. You can save this one-time use for anytime during the rest of the match, and of course, once you use it, you can always get another use if you perform the Tenkoku Houra again (you can have no more than one stored use at a time).
In short, this cheat allows you to use the Tensatsu Daisai at all times.
