[KOF2003] Always still can't change

I found those codes but they seem to have a different format:
kof2003:0:10D807:0F:000:Always Still Can't Change PL1
kof2003:0:10DC07:0F:000:Always Still Can't Change PL2
Any idea about the correct format ?

Easiest way is to convert them using MAME, copy and paste the cheats at the end of your cheat file. Then run the game in MAME and highlight the cheat and press S and that will save the cheat in the new format.

Actually this cheats prevents you from swapping characters, thus you don't have tag teams changing at once when you decide it any more. You play like in previous kof versions, you change your character automatically only when you are out of energy.(life bar to zero)

Cette fonction triche bloque la fonction de kof 2003 qui permet de changer le perso quand on le d?sire, elle permet de jouer comme avec les versions pr?cedentes c'est ? dire qu'il faut attendre que la barre de vie soit ? zero pour que le personnage suivant fasse son apparition.
