Hyper Street Fighter 2 Region Cheats

After much searching, I finally found the region cheats for Hyper Street Fighter 2: Anniversary Edition. These cheats were found and tested in the Asia version, so they will require further testing in the Japan version. The only regions that I could get to work are those listed here. Any other region I tried caused the game to not boot. If you test these out and they do not work, please let me know. Thanks!

how do you select what character player 1 and 2 should be?
i.e. make player 1 world warrior/normal sagat as a computer controlled character...
