Super Street Fighter II Turbo - choose player colours

Basically what the topic title says. If you can do this, I will be so grateful!
Also, since turning on the cheat for Classic Characters doesn't automatically change the palette, I would be interested to see if we can use classic palettes with non-classic characters.
