[aerofgt] Aero Fighters: glitchy codes.

The codes for Aero Fighters work fine, however, a note should be added about the some of the codes.
1) If you have the invincibility code enabled after you beat a level and before the next one starts, then the game will reset itself. A note should be added to "Disable before starting the next stage".
2) Also, if you are playing alone with either the 1st or 2nd player side (both players get to pick different planes) and you have a cheat for the other non-active player enabled, then you won't be able to finish the stage. It will just go on forever. A note should be added for that too.
