Here's the level select cheat for fatfury3:

Remember that I have not turned one-shot on in all my cheats, so if you leave it on, you will be facing the same opponent over and over again until you turn it off!

The way I see it, when setting the cheat between matches, selecting 01-04 will make you face either Joe, Bob, Franco, or Mary, in that order (depending on who you choose as your first opponent, so if you choose Mary first, Joe would be second, and so on)

Selecting 05 makes you face Yamazaki for a one-round match
06 makes you face Mai.
07 - Andy
08 - Hon-Fu
09 - Sokaku
0A - Terry
0B - Geese
0C - Yamazaki
0D - Chonshu
0E - Chonrei

And of course, setting it during a match would make you go to the next match when you are done. That is, set it to 0E in the middle of a match, win the match, and you get the ending, or what little there is of it because of a MAME bug.
