Emulator Cheats

From the MAME cheat requests archive (original post since deleted):

A user by the name of JoHo requested the lastblad dynamic cheats (infinite health and power) ported to Kawaks.

I wasn't aware Kawaks supported dynamic cheats, I know Nebula does but Kawaks didn't used to support indirect or conditional cheats.
