If you wonder about the format of the easy moves cheats in sfa3 & xmvsf... it was easier to add it like that in FBA & Nebula/Kawaks... and I use proggie to convert to MAME format :p

Good thing sfa3 has the largest roster for any CPS2 game...

PS. you don't have the name of Gen's qcf,qcf+P SC right, the expletive that was blocked by this board starts with S and ends with T...

And another thing... you missed one regional name change:
