I can't get the cheats to work for the Taisen Mahjong FinalRomance games. I do what I do with every other mahjong game--Using the get winning hand now cheat while I have 14 tiles, but pressing the RON key does nothing. What am I doing wrong?

The Winning Hand code for fromance works fine on the latest MAME (0.106u10) + cheat database (5/14/2006 version).

Confirm your database version.
