I find kill all enemies cheat in the punisher.Cheat is not buggy all stages clear with this cheat but first stage not clear with this cheat.You can beat first stage boss with always gun drawn cheat.If (Pugsy) you want rename this cheat.You can do.

, congratulations. how you make that?

because the normal is one cheat for no energy for every enemy (so not are only one cheat) or for use only in 3 or less enemys at the same time (like i see in other codes) but not for kill all at the same time... vegeta style?

Nice work, it's not a Kill all Enemies now! cheat it's more a 'Finish this Level Now!:Just walk to the End' sort of cheat as a lot of the enemies don't actually appear.

It's good that you perservered, you proved me wrong that a simple RAM cheat wasn't feasible anyway (though in my defence I was looking for a different type of cheat).

Miguelo,It is easy simple ram cheat,I have seen before in the punisher Arcade board in the past.
