is it possible to make a cheat saying "reptile wins!!"?

Well, I think...

Unfortunatly when you use the cheat "Turn CPU Scorpion into Reptile" and Player Can Look Like Reptile when player wins, appears Scorpion Wins.

And when CPU Reptile wins, appears "Reptile Wins!!"

Like I said many times before I do not like fighters - so if I don't understand a request for a fighter game I simply don't look or ask as there's been so many obscure/bizarre sf or mk fanboys requests before. Unless you can provide a save state that exhibits the behaviour you want after the save state is loaded I'm likely not going to even look, sorry.

With the Reptile Wins 'cheat', you could probably just hack out the SCORPION name so it says (space)REPTILE - it would still look right since when the CPU wins it's displayed slightly differently (two exclamation marks at the end). Just like most computer systems, the space character is 0x20 (and on shoddily made web sites with spaces which display %20). Depending on how the game works, REPTILE(0x00) might also work, which would actually look correct (not offset with the leading space) since the 0x00 character is usually a null item. If it ends up as a space or a garbage character, just use the first method.

Looked at mk2, found it hard not to have a fatality. I think I probably need a few different savestates were you don't get a fatality for comparison purposes.

Save state 1: Other save for CPU finish using Fatality if you lose.

Save state 2: Finding Smoke. Is possible discovery a cheat for always fight Smoke after one fight. And other for always get Dan Forden (Toasty) face after uppercut?

Save state 3: Finding Jade. Is possible discovery a cheat for always fight Jade after one fight?

Save state 4: CPU don't finish using Fatality if you lose.

Here's a quickie not replicated for the clones yet...I think it works - seems to make save state 4 have fatalities anyway.

In mk2, when you play in 2 players, after choose your fighter, if you hold down + high punch in two controllers, throwing is disabled how in this save state:
