I need some help on my mouse for gun shooting.

I have mame32plus-0.70u2-bin and I can't finger out on how to get my mouse to shoot like a gun.

Is there anyway to get my mouse use as a gun?

Options -> Default Game Options -> Controllers Tab -> Enable Mouse Input, perhaps...?
