I've only just begun playing the game (need to see what I'm looking for), and why not just use the invincibility cheat ? You can't get hit and shouldn't lose your horse...

Is there another way to die ? (fall off bridge or something ?)

When you say always have horse, do you mean always be mounted on a horse, no matter what ?

Use this cheat and dismount your horse, then move and remount your horse... There will be a horse left just standing there waiting for someone to mount it. I'll look for the other players in a min.
