Poirot, I can't get into http://www.cheats4kawaks.hpg.com.br/kof2k2.zip
because the website have a 403 Forbidden message. Do you have this actual cheat?

Seem like he isn't doing anymore cheats. I wonder what happen to him?

We need another cheats makers though. :(
