Im looking for uncensor mode or the famous "Mai's boobs always bounce"

Here's an old cheat for kof2002 from Tourniquet...I presume it works still:-

kof2002:0:10A7E0:00:000:Mai's boobs always bounce:Even when set to USA/Europe

isn't this just a question of mvs settings anyway?
like, in the jap version they should bounce. no?

Nope. King of Fighters 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and SvC Chaos is censored in Europe and Usa region

You can active blood in mvs settings but not bounce.

like, in the jap version they should bounce. no?
