Each round have 48 "subsection". I tracked down the subsection memory area, if you modify it to 40 (less than 48 because with 48 the the graphics go mad and you are not able to identify where the last boss is) you are able to fight against the level boss in a few seconds other that doing all the level again (the cheat is called LEVEL SELECT).
The game has 255 stages (rounds), then it restart form level 1.
Here you find "LEVEL SELECT" selection cheat (enable it than disable it because, after defeating the last boss, the counter go from 48 to 0 bringing the player again at the beginning of the level - if you not disable it the player cannot return to the beginning).
STAGE SELECT(form 1 to 255) than restart form 1
life-bar (the purple one, at the top middle of the screen) cheat. Life bar = when full you gain a life and it is related to how many enemy you kill: 1 kill = +1 in life bar.
